Error while creating new file system share

I am receiving below error while raqising request for New file system share.

Sending progress message : 'Script QAM_ProcessBusinessOwnerType running.'
3/11/2019 9:03:10 AM: Ended with Error...
3/11/2019 9:03:10 AM: Result messages:
[810019] Could not create single object for table QAMNode.
[810306] Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'QAMNode'.
[System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectoryOperationException] Current security context is not associated with an Active Directory domain or forest.

But the same script executes successfully for some other user.

What could be the possible root cause?

Has your AD environment been successfully synchronized into the database? My recommendations would be to open a support call, where our engineers can help you find the root cause.

Yes, AD environment is synchronized successfully.
