Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'QAMNode

While executing one of the QAM script i am getting below error:Error executing script 'QAM_ProcessBusinessOwnerType'.
[810019] Could not create single object for table QAMNode.
[810306] Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'QAMNode'.
[System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectoryOperationException] Current security context is not associated with an Active Directory domain or forest.

What could be the root cause for this error?
