Error in Web Portal when attempting to Submit to shop cart

Looking for some help on where to begin looking to resolve this error.

An Exception has occurred while executing the form method F1_ctl00_ControlRef8_ControlRef15_ControlRef8b_Main_Main_Container43_Button3_Method.

One or more errors occurred.

One or more errors occurred.

Error during execution of "OnSaving" in logic module 'QER.Customizer.PersonWantsOrg'.

I would suggest following the knowledge base article below to set logging to debug and reproduce the issue and see if the error has any more information in the log that gets generated.
