Error on Web portal page while requesting for new share

While requesting for New file share(with any user) below error message is displayed on screen.

Error while loading the collection ManagedResourceType in VI_ITShop_ProductSelection_InsertShoppingCartItem_1.

Error during execution of 'OnInitialize' in logic module 'QAMManagedResourceType'.

Current security context is not associated with an Active Directory domain or forest

How it can be fixed?

Hello,

As you have submitted this same issue a few times now, I'd suggest to open a Service Request with Support to continue troubleshooting.

Have you done this already?
