[1405024] Saving module 'debugmailplugin' failed.

Hi,

While installing one identity manager service for database we are receiving below error

[1405024] Saving module 'debugmailplugin' failed.
[1405025] ModuleTypeString cannot be saved because the type of the module cannot be found.

How can this issue be resolved ?
