Upgrading OneIM 7.0.2 to 8.1

Hi,

Can we upgrade from OneIM 7.0.2 to OneIM 8.1 directly? if not what is the best approach.

Also, please refer to the Release Notes for version 8.1:

"Automatic software updating of version 7.0 to version 8.1 only works smoothly if the service pack 7.0.3 is installed. In addition, the files VI.Update.dll and JobService.dll must be installed."

So in your case, you will need to apply SP3 first, before going to 8.1. We also suggest that Professional Services assist.
