If an entry is made in PersonHasQERResource post IT shop Approval ,what is event that is triggered on PersonHasQERResource (is it Assign or Insert)?

Like we have a process which needs to be trigger when an entry is made in PersonHasQERResource table.

It is triggering perfectly when i assign the resource through manager but if it is requested and assigned via IT shop approval it is not triggering.

Suggestion please

Please check the flag Assign by event on the table PersonHasQERResource in Designet. It needs to be enabled to trigger the Assign event during the creation of the entry triggered by a request.
