Not able to execute mail template preview for base object table as PWOHelperPWO for pre defined and custom mail templates

Hello All,

I am trying to execute my custom template which is based on PWOHelperPWO table.

So there are no records when i select the preview icon and message is like : Auxiliary table Request procedures.

Even i have checked for pre defined templates also but the same issue for the same base table.

Any suggestions please?

Which version are you using? Are you editing the mail templates in Designer or in the Manager?

Yeah we are in 8.1 currently and i am doing it in Designer and i got the know why i am not getting any values as there are no records in that table./

Thing is, that the Designer doesn't work against the main database in that case but just against the data shadowed in the local SQL light database. And neither PesonWantsOrg nor PWOHelperPWO are part of it. But you are able to modify and test your custom mail template in the Manager as well for those cases.

Just as a follow-up, coming with the next version of OneIM the mail template editor in the Designer will also be able to use data from the main OneIM database in the preview. Look for the enhancement 31820 in the release notes of the next version.
