AD group not getting assigned for a particular series of Central Accounts

What version are you using?

When you write central account you mean employee?

When you manually assign some group, where and how did you tried to assign them?

By Central account we mean a unique ID for the AD account 

We tried to assign the AD group manually from Manager tool and we could see that it is in "yet to apply" state

So you assigned an AD group to an AD user in the Manager.

Did you check for any issues in regards to DB Queue processing in your environment? (Frozen processes in the job queue for the AD user or groups, ...)  It looks like you have some kind of issues here.

Yes we tried via Manager tool, we cannot see any frozen jobs or issue in DB queue processing because the assignment is happening for other users 

Issue is only for 10 users in a series IDs

Are these users marked as outstanding?

Accounts are not marked as outstanding

We had one frozen job in which user was also affected, this affected the further assignments for the user.

For a user further assignments and jobs wont get triggered if one frozen job is present.

If error is present we need check in outstanding also.
