How could I see the statistics on Web Portal start page

I want to show statistics on Web Portal start page, from the Web Portal help, it tell 

Statistics are graphical summaries of the information pertaining to you. You can open your statistics on the start page taking your access permissions and entitlements into account.

But even I assign viadmin to an employee, it still don't show any thing on the Web Portal start page, 

Could anyone help me how to show this on the start page, very thanks~~
