Upgrade from V7.1.1 to 8.1

I cannot speak to CAM as that is a product I don't support. For Identity Manager are you installing just the tools on the new host or are you moving the job service to the new host as well? If moving the job host you will need to install Identity Manager on the new host and configure the SQL server connection and add the new host as a job queue via job service configurator. Are you planning on migrating the SQL database to a new SQL server? Version 8.1 requires at least SQL Server version 2016 SP2 with the latest cumulative update, see the release notes here - https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.1/release-notes/3#TOPIC-1139229. Yes we want to create new servers  for OIM 8.1 for every components :

- Job server

- DB and  SQL server with SQL server 2017

So we would have to move every thing (jobs, process, scripts..) to the new servers. from OIM7.1.1 servers..

IS that faisable ?

We also have web apps part that we also want to migrate ..

Is there a complete guide on how to accomplish a migration between two different instances of OIM running with different versions of OIM and CAM

The process chains and scripts are stored in the database. Once the database has been migrated and upgraded to version 8.x then you can install the web components on the new hosts, again this relies on the database.
