Identity Manager service not working

Hello ,

Few of our identity Manager services are not working properly i.e whenever we try to restart the services ,the service gets stuck in 'stopping' state and eventually the process has to be killed.

On starting the service , we can see below warning in the jobservice log file

'Constrain access to encrypted configuration properties on the service account ' and no other error message can be seen in th log file .

Can anyone suggest what can be the issue.

I would suggest that you both get the full error from the job service logs. I wonder if you are getting a port in use error just above the logline you mentioned?

Hi,

we have the same issue after copying PRD database to DEV.

Connectionstring and Jobservice were updated with the parameters of the DEV environment but JobService is throwing this message.

Version 7.0.2

Now the same issue has started occuring for us in different environment too.

All the services are affected.

We tried changing dialog database table column value IsJobservicedisabled as false From designer which got updated as true somehow and stopped and started all services. Then jobqueue started moving. But again after 5 mins same columns got updated to true again and services again stopped working.
