The AAD administrator roles not all sync in 1IM

What if you use the target system browser within the Synchronization Editor, does it see all of the administrator roles?

It is two as the above mentioned.One is Company Administrator, the other is Helpdesk Administrator.

After trying this with Micorosft's Graph Explorer I was getting the same results. Then I started to do some reading and found the reason why this is only showing certain ones.

 " To read a directory role or update its members, it must first be activated in the tenant" I got that from the following web site - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/directoryrole?view=graph-rest-1.0

What that tells me is that we are only getting the roles that are activated and have members. I tested that by starting to add members to the other roles and sure enough as soon as I did that the Graph Explorer started showing me the other Administrator roles. I then performed a synchronization and then the newly assigned roles showed up in Identity Manager.

So how I can assign administrator roles to person in 1IM, if the administrator roles is not activated or no member?

You would have to assign users to these administrator roles via your Azure tenant web portal. Once they have been assigned to users then you can synchronize them into Identity Manager. Then the administrator roles will be available as an option for assignment in Identity Manager.
