Port opening required for connecting One Identity Manager to SAP R3.

Hello,

We are configuring a SAP connector between SAP Client and Identity manager 8.1.1. We are unable to connect to SAP server as we are not aware of the port opening required at firewall level. Please let us know what port needs to opened from One Identity manager Job Server.

Hello,

We don't have anything specific documented, we just require the "Name of the router that provides a network port for the SAP R/3 connector for communicating with the application server.", as per the Admin Guide.

Are you getting a specific error?

Hello,

We are connecting to SAP system through application server (Linux). There is no communication between our job server and SAP application server and we need to inform firewall team to open some ports for communication. Please suggest for which port we should went ahead with if we are trying to connect through SNC.

Hi,

I would suggest to gather a packet trace and confirm where the issue is. In addition to the link Wolfgang provided, you may also refer to the following: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ports.

But if there is no communication, I would expect the job service to report an error. Is this not the case?
