I'm using OIM 8.1.1
I have created a default daily synchronisation from IMA to AD which fails with the flowing error :

Reason for error [System.ArgumentNullException] Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: exception
A lot of groups in AD are not populated with members ..
Do you know what this error means ?
