Clustered index in One Identity?

Are you asking if the index is created directly in the database if you use the SEW?  Or if you can do so using a 3rd party tool?

To both the answer is yes.

For your second question, the Schema Extension Wizard (SEW) does not give you the option of creating a clustered index.

Thank you for your reply. 

As you said, using the SEW you can create index but not clustered index. So in case I needed, I can use a 3rd party tool such as SQL Management Studio in order to create it, assuming that One Identity support it.
