How to delete an ADSAccount or ADSGroup objects at a specified time via Web Portal?

Actually I am using the One identity version 8.0.2. Is there any alternative?. Also I see the OOB process 'VID_Execute_DialogDeferredOperation'. Can this process be called from the Web Portal after making changes to such objects?

What if I move the object (which needs to be deleted) to the table DiaglogDeferredOperation via Web Portal by entering the (future date as target date + Delete as operation+objectname as displayvalue) for deletion so that the event 'Execute' on this table will be triggered which eventually deletes the particular object at the mentioned date?
