Change account assignment to another employee.

I hope this message finds you well and healthy.

In v8.1.1 I'm looking for a method to "reassign" an account to another employee. My scenario: We have managers of deparments with generic mail accounts. Let's say, for Accounting , we have accountsmanager@domain.com . This account is granted first time to a certain person via itshop, linked and full managed , and password is synced to the employee's central account. All well. 

After some time this "Manager of Accounting" position is occupied by another person. The mail account must remain intact but now it should be linked to a different person. If I remove the itshop request the mail account would be deleted. What I want is to be able to assign the account to the new manager. How could I "unlink" this account from the former employee and assign it to the newer one?
