How can I set a fixed culture to a mailtemplate?

Thanks for responding so fast. I'm using 8.0.1. It seems that I had a template with multiple cultures set... I deleted the obsolete cultures, now it seems to work as expected. I had two english templates, an en-gb and an en-us. And I assume, that caused the date-confusion, because we have Employees wiht en-gb as culture, all others took the en-us template --> If so, the thread can be closed...

Now I am puzzled. I thought you had asked about culture de-ch and not en-GB? But anyway, if your problem is solved. Fine.

My advice would have been to change the generation of the address in the process that sends the email to exclude the culture setting from being attached to the email address of the recipients.

I understand you are puzzled. First achievment is, to get it always the same. Second achievement, if it comes always the same, change it to de-ch. So far, the solution is:

- Delete all unneccessary cultures in a template

- If there is only one culture left in the template, change the culture of the template to the desired culture

Is this a possible way?

It sounds right for all custom templates. I think it doesn't work for default ones. But I haven't tested it.
