Would it cause the issues to transport the code changes made in 8.1.1 to 8.0.1?

We have 3 environments (DEV/QA/PRD) in 811/811/801. Under current circumstance, PRD won't be upgraded to 811 soon. However we have some code changes in QA ready for PRD (such as defect fixes etc.). We wonder if we can transport the changes (in 8.1.1) to PRD (in 8.0.1), and would there be the potential issue caused by different version? The transport files include the changes made in Designer, Manager, and Report Editor. Your suggestion and guidance would be greatly appreciated!
