Web Designer: mail subscriptions

Hi!

How unsubscribe on several mail subscriptions by default for all employees on Web portal?
When Employee log in and goes to "my settings" several mail subscriptions must have value checkbox: unsubscribe.
However, employee should still be able to re-enable subscription to these mail subscriptions.

Just a thought .... you could always use a dataimporter to create the entries for your "large number of employees". Additionally you could create a custom process that is invoked for each…

You just need to create entries in the table DialogMailNoSubscription for each email-address (employees) you want to stop the subscription of an email (template). Please remember that only mail templates (DialogRichMail) with the property AllowUnsubscribe set to 1.

Thank You for your answer Markus! I know about creating entries in the DialogMailNoSubscription table, but I need to create these entries for a large number of employees, as well as for each new employee who will be hired. Are there any other ways, or are we linked to entries in the DialogMailNoSubscription table that are created when unsubscribing?
