Manager Web No form available after configure the permission

Hi,

Our company is new to One Identity. We have installed the web version of the Manager tool to make our user's life a bit easier. However, we need to configure the permission to only display employee and attestation information.

I have managed to create a new role from scratch and assign some table view permissions to the role. However, I got "No form available" message when I am trying to display the attestation policy.

What am I missing in the permission setup?

  • I would check in Designer under "User Interface" then "Forms", I would check that your permissions group is listed under the "ATT_AttestationRun_Overview" and the "ATT_PWODecionsRule_Assigned_Tables" then the "VI_Person_Overview_Report". There may be more that you need to check but this is a good start.

  • Thanks Troy. That is a good place to look at, I literally assigned all the forms to this permission group and the forms are available now. But I got another issue, the hyper view for attention is not shown. I just see a blank page in the middle. What other permissions do I need to check?
