Service Now Module

I think you probably missed the step Install the Module on the Client from this guide.

This message is saying differently. Try to re-install the client files including the SCN module.

After re-install the client files still getting same issue.

Uninstalling a module is a little bit tricky in 8.0.2.  I would again suggest contacting support.
