Approval EX-Events fire multiple times since update to 8.1.2

Thank you for the tip. But the link is not working for me (page no longer exists). 

It seems it occurs only on orders which are created before the update. New orders don´t show this behaviour. 

So in the mean time I closed the issue in the support and close this discussion as well.
