Password reset TOKEN

Hello,

We are trying to set up "Password Reset" but in one step the installation wizard required me an application token. We follow the steps of OIM Web Application Configuration Guide:

--> QER | Person | PasswordResetAuthenticator | ApplicationToken

But when we copy the token and paste in the installation wizard it doesn't work.

Please how could I found this token for the installation?

If you already configured the Application Token in the configuration parameter, you are unable to copy it has the token itself is stored as a hash.

In your case, you need to provide the originating value of the token in the Password Reset Portal installer.

Or, if you do not need the Application Token anywhere else, just set a new token in the installer.

How can I get that original token, where can I find it.

You need to ask someone, that has typed in the token in the first place. This is nothing that comes OOTB.

If you do not know the token, then just provide a new one. This shouldn't be a problem if this is your first Password Reset Portal installation.
