We are using LDAP as a source to bring in information into 1IM (v8.1.1) and create a person account. The accounts are coming in fine upon intitial create. However, when the sync is run periodically, instead of creating new users, duplicates of existing users are created in the LDAPAccount table. Say if the sync is run 3 times, 3 records for the same user are created in LDAPAccount table with 2 in outstanding mode. How can we overcome this and have the sync create only new missing accounts in 1IM? Please advise
