XdateInserted and XdateUpdated not getting populated automatically

Hi All,

I am trying to update a table using sync editor. I have created a native database connector between two One IM databases and I am trying to put data from one database to another in the same table. The columns XdateInserted, XdateUpdated , XUserInserted and XUserUpdated should get populated automatically but they are not. Please suggest me what could be the reason and how can I resolve this.

Also, there is no option to map these columns. They are not visible on the left side in sync editor.

I am trying to do this between two different versions of One IM. My One Identity connection is version 7 and my target connection is version 8.

It would be better to implement the sync the other way round pulling the data from 7 to 8 instead of pushing it from 7 to 8. Since 8.0.2, the native database has an OneIM Schema detection that would carry out all data operations via auto-generated commit operation that uses an application server.

Hi Markus,

I will check the possibility of pulling the data in V8 but as of now, can you let me know why the columns are not getting populated in push?

It should work regardless of push or pull.

Setting the X-fields automatically is only possible if you use the object layer and not the database connector. As I've said earlier, this is coming with 8.0.2 or higher. Thing is, that I am seeing the X-fields on the left-hand side but I am on a newer version.

Are you using the expert mode in Sync Editor?
