Shrink log schedule is still running

Hi All,

Currently we are using one identity manager V8.1.2 and i have made the configuration as in attached screenshot to delete the records from job history table. but still the DB queue tasks are running. 

Total number of records in JobHistory table older than 30 days : 430,721,046

Total number of records in JobHistory table older than 1310 days: 351

Please suggest, how it works? and why its still running from 3 days ?
