After opening activation link from activation mail, give error on PasswordReset portal :

For trying fix this error , web portal was reinstalled and cheked parametres in Designer (QER\Person , QER\ Attestaion etc) and Manager ( Assign to attestaion apllication role, assign OneIM administrator etc) .
