Unable to update manager from one identity manager to Active Directory?

What version are you using?

It is weird that you had to create a mapping between objectkeymanager (oneIM) and Manager (AD) as there already is a mapping for that use case (vrtObjectKeyManager <-> Manager).

Sorry and yes mapping between objectkeymanager (oneIM) and Manager (AD) is already there as(vrtObjectKeyManager <-> Manager). 

But while creating user from One IM or update existing user's Manager from One IM, the Manager field value details are not populating in Active Directory but user is getting created successfully into Active Directory.

Kindly let me know what more steps i have to perform.

What version of OneIM are you using?

Are you connecting AD via the native AD connector or via Active Roles?

Can you confirm, that the Manager is set at the AD User object in OneIM?

Sorry, I am using One IM 8.1.2 version.

I  am connecting AD via the native AD connector and that the Manager is set at the AD User object in OneIM.

Hi Ramesh,

I am unable to reproduce this issue in my 8.1 environment.

Did you turn on the logging in the synchronization project on the AD side and checked the sync log as well as the Job-service log for errors?
