Okta Integration

Hi,

We have added Okta as identity provider for authentication.

Currently we are using version 8.1.2 and have 2 web servers and F5 on top of these 2 web servers.

User is redirected to Okta for authentication when user tries to access identity manager F5 Url. Post authentication at Okta, user is landed on one of the web Servers URL(http://Server/IdentityManager/) instead of F5 URL.

How can we ensure that user is redirected to F5 URL post successful authentication at Okta end.

What is the redirection URL set as within Okta?

Hi Troy,

If we add only F5 URL as Login redirect URI in Okta, User is directly landed on 400(Bad Request) error page when accessing web portal using F5 URL.

Due to this currently we have added F5 URL and 2 Web Server URL's as Login redirect URIs in Okta.

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for your update, We have reached out to Okta and have received below update from them.

"If you need users to be redirected in a different place, that resource will need to implement the logic to route users to your F5 URL instead."
