We are using OneIM 8.1.1 and we are facing issues on DB server such as huge time for processing operations, The hardware configuration is pretty good, indexes and other maintenance jobs are running perfectly for operations butl, the portal still taking time to process multiple requests( around 4 sap erp roles to 20 users). Kindly suggest what is best way to optimize the portal to increase faster performance on IM portal.
Can we put another identical DB server to handle the process? If so, will they be active-passive mode? Will the request be routed to another DB server if first DB server to fully occupied in running operations?
