Update the field manager of Employee to Account AD

I need update the fields employeeNumber and manager in Account of AD when I update the fields personnelNumber and Manager (UID_PersonalHead) in Employees.

I have found the solution for the field employeeNumber using "Value Calculation" in the Schema Editor of Designer.

How can I update the field manager?
