WCF connection issue

We are using one identity manager version 8.1.3 and getting error in web designer that 'WFC connection could not be establish'

    Hi

    There can be multiple reasons for this, the account being used to launch web designer might not have relevant permissions to the portal application on IIS as an example. 

    If launching on Windows Server in an isolated sandbox, you can also try disable IE enhance security, that sometimes works

    The WCF connection is requird mainly for debugging as far as I know.
