I've sample AD account which was inserted by me but later an duplicate AD account with absolutely no difference also got inserted at target due to one of the update AD job at my side. I've used forcesyncof functionality in update AD process, so is it possible that it could insert another duplicate AD account on non-existence of AD account at target?
