Permanently removing test employees from development system

Assuming you are using V8.0 or above you could use this command in server studio:

exec QBM_PDeleteDeep ‘xobjectkey’

where xobjectkey is the xobjectkey of the item you want to delete e.g. your person or persons.

One last thing; am I correct in thinking that because we have deleted the Person record in this way, OneID won't delete the AD account?

Hi,

I haven't tried it myself but I would expect that it won't delete the AD account as you say.  But I would expect that the UID_Person on the AD account will be cleared.  Also it depends if you have the default delete delay of 30 days configured on ADSAccount.  So the accounts 'might' have been marked for deletion as a deferred operation.  Guess you'll have to have a look around to see what you can find.

I have checked and the XMarkedForDeletion in ADSAccount has not been set and the UID_Person has been cleared. I will manually remove the AD accounts.
