Is it possible to implement the below login in One Identity Manager? If yes how?
- A certifier/attester is given 30 days to act on the certification and it he do not take any action then the certification should be completed automatically and the role should be removed.

Yes, it is. One option would be to set the timeout behavior at the approval step to deny and configure the timeout (working hours) accordingly.

For this you can specify a timeout on the approval step such that it transitions to the escalate path (or the deny path) on which you have the role removal step.
