Trying to see if anyone has run into this issue before, after upgrading to 8.1.4 version, having an issue with viewing data under Information tab in pending requests, instead getting an error below:
This only happens for disabled person records, if I enable a person record and go back to view the request, data shows correctly. This also doesn't affect workflow or compliance tabs, data shows properly at all times in those tabs. Upgraded from 8.0.2 where issue didn't exists, but 8.1.4 seems to have a different filter or where clause condition that takes into effect IsInActive flag. I believe it is somewhere in this module 'VI_ITShop_PersonWantsOrg_Information', this is the module where I end up when stepping through in Web Designer, but I am not able to locate where the condition is at. Has anyone run into this problem before?
