Password reset page giving error for custom web module

We have custom page for QWR_PasswordWeb_Session as we are storing secrete question answer in person table customproperty.

After version upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1.3 it is giving below error when selecting option of security question answer-

You do not have permissions for this action. You must log in.

You might want to take a look into the log of the password web for a more detailed error message. I assume that some pieces of your custom code are running before the user is authenticated or you are missing some permissions.
