Sorry if I am late with this reply. I solved my problem setting the option “Allow quick navigation to this module with URL parameter” for the component to call and using a html node with tag name <a> very similar to what you suggested.

I have ver 8.1.2. I have the same requirement to do a redirection to some Sharepoint site from One Identity Portal. I have used the 'Action to Execute' -> 'Redirection' and then choose 'URL' from Redirection Target and the URL value in HREF*. It works fine but opening in the same Page. How can I open the URL in a new TAB?

I already have enabled the 'Open in New Frame' option.

You can use Extended properties for the label, and add HTML attribute 'href' with value <URL> and 'target' with value '_blank'. Leave Server Action with nothing checked. HTH
