How to choose a default job server?

Process steps have two options under the generation tab, you can set the server function and then job servers with that function will  be selected to perform that step or you can write a script for the script for server selection option

Any one of those will require a database compile.

Hi there,

given the fact that there might be more than process for which you want to use a specific job server of the two i would advise you to set a function in the Designer so you can choose the specific server directly from the Drop-Down in the generation Tab. This might be handier than using a script.

I've added pictures for better understanding as english isn't my first language.
