We have migrated from v7.0.2 and product is 'One Identity Manager'

Param value is set to 1

What type of product (service item) are you requesting?

Are these assignment resources (QERAssign)?

By Service Item group ,do you mean Accproduct group ?

Yes the resource type is QERAssign  .

Also we have observed one more thing..The PWOs being created have same values in ObjectKeyAssignment and ObjectKeyAssignmentusedinAssign columns for all the users , even though ShoppingCartItem entries are being created correctly with Proper ObjectKeyAssignment and ObjectKeyAssignmentusedinAssign . Correctly as in for different user it contains different UID_Person values .

This case only happens if we request same QERAssign product for more than one user at a time .

Can you please suggest how to handle these existing PWOs which are in Waiting State , I guess they can't be aborted Since they are not in correct state .

You should be able to abort the waiting ones. And I am repeating myself, I suggest contacting support.
