Good Evening,
On the pending attestation page once a request is denied, there is a standard reason field which has list of standard reasons in case of a denial.
Our use case requires us to have this field populated with one of the standard reasons when this page loads. The user can then go ahead and change this afterwards to any other option if needed.
I know that this field is coming from the VI_Attestation module in Web designer and is defined in the Vars collection.
Its present in the VI_Attestation module as a single property called UID_QERJustificationDeny.
I am not quite sure where and how can I define a default value for this attribute (whether it’s in Web Designer module, Manager or maybe Designer).
Any help would be really appreciated.
