How to restrict Internet access to other users

Hello, I configure my ubuntu server to work as a DHCP server, my question is I want to manage or restrict the other computer Internet access like blocking youtube, blocking social media, and other sites and allow only some limited sites? how can I do this please help.

you can configure Windows Firewall with a GPO to block all outbound requests destined for networks not within your system. Create a group in AD, add that one computer to that group, and then apply the GPO to that group.

thanks @jamesmsith9445 for your reply. yes i learn that firewall help, I show on the internet that through the proxy server this is very easy, I visited this post found on the Internet, this really help me to understand about the proxy servers. and I also watched the videos on Youtube as well. thanks my problem is solved now.
