How to Approve a IT Shop request?

Hello everyone, 
 
 I would like to know what table I change to approve a IT Shop request, I tried to change the OrderState in PersonWantsOrg, but I dont have write Permission. 
 Someone knows a better way to do this by WEB API?

You need to use either the MakeDecision method or call a script that does all for you.
