Need help with SSO integration between one Identity manager and ADFS.

What all steps are involved and how can i achieve this ?

Basically, you need to use the OAuth / Open ID Connect authentication module of OneIM for your login. And you need to configure ADFS as your Identity Provider.

I am not quite sure what you are up to. But if you configure ADFS to support OpenID Connect and the configuration data resource discovery you can quite easily use this discovery in the Identity Provider Connection wizard in the Designer.
