Oracle Ebiz Entitlement

Greetings,

just wanted to know. when the ebs entitlement is assigned via IT Shop and until date is defined in the request. when the until date is reached, it shop request gets aborted. but user-entitlement entry is not getting removed from EBSUserInResp table. but i can see the column isCurrentlyActive is set to False. is that the default behavior? in the target system as well i can see the entry with the end date.

how i can delete the entries from IDM and oracle ebs?

Hi Prasad,

deleting accounts or their entitlements is not supported by Oracle E-Business Suite. Therefor the default way to end an assignment or disabling an account is by setting the end date. Deleting those items in One Identity Manager is not supported because it is not supported in the target system.

thanks andreas for the reply. so whenever i want to remove the entitlement from the user, i just have to put the end date right. the entry in One Identity Manger and Oracle ebs will be there with end date. correct?
