Hi All,
In our environment, we have a setup like there is one primary Identity and there can be 1 or more subidentities assigned to primary identity.
I am synchronizing SAP account and I see depending on the rule post sync process is not assigning any person to account.
After analyzing script SAP_PersonAuto_Mapping_SAPUser I saw that if we get more than 1 matching person then the mapping between SAP account and Person will not happen.
Now My question is there any configuration so that I can specify only the primary identity that should be checked for matching.
Or should I modify where clause in script SAP_PersonAuto_Mapping_SAPUser to pick only primary identity?
What is the best practice?
