The customer upgrade some web portals from sharepoint 2016 to sharepoint 2019

Hi all,

a my customer is to upgrade some web portals from sharepoint 2016 to 2019.

I am in the following situation:

1. The customer has a sharpoint version 2016, with several web portals.
2. The sharepoint 2016 connector works fine and OIM read and write correctly sharepoint 2016.
3. Now the customer wants to switch some of the web portals from sharepoint version 2016 to a new sharepoint farm version 2019.
4. He create a new sharepoint machine and he migrated some web portals to the new version.
5. I create a new synchronization project connected to this new sharepoint 2019.
   1. Using a different server
   2. Using a different version
6. Remember: the sharepoint web portal objects are already on OIM DB from the old  2016 version.
7. I executed the new sync with sharepoint 2019 and I received a lot of the errors on log.

My questions are:

• Am I executing the correct steps ?
• I should remove the old 2016 data from OIM DB before the new synchronization ? How can do it ?
• Could you give me the correct steps ?
