Abort Request on Timeout

Hi,


I've a query regarding Timeout in approval step.
We've setup Timeout (working hours) in Line Manager approval as 168hrs which should take 21 working days(8hrs per day).
We've observed that there are some requests which are not getting aborted after around 21 days. Incase of Line manager approval we've observed delay of more than 3-4 days.
Also in Product Owner approval step Timeout (working hours) is set to 168hrs and Reminder after (working hours) as 24hrs.
We've observed that there are some requests which are not getting aborted after 21 days. Incase of Product owner we've observed delay of more than 20days.

We do not have QBM/Working Hours - Ignore Holidays & Ignore weekends config params enabled(these params are disabled in config params)


Can you tell us why the workflow is not getting aborted after 21 days as it should have been.


We're using version 8.1.2
